Salad made of cheese and fruits

One day we decided to buy many fruits, we bought watermelon, apples, pineapple and banana. I aimed to make some experiments on them and I discovered one really great recipe.

I fried the pineapple, banana and apples and I didn’t think that it would be good doing the same with watermelon. But I did and it came out hard and not sweet. I got also idea to make cheese (chenna) and just then I fried the fruits and decided to combine them.

Few days ago my mom bought for me cocoa powder so I’m trying any recipe that uses it. But not cakes or anything that is made in oven. So I also added little bit of chocolate aroma and taste.

So here is my salad made of fruits and cheese.

There are 2 stages of preparation:

  • Cheese
  • Frying

This is recipe for 3 portions

Pineapple1 slice - handful
Banana2 big - 3 handful
Apple2 middle- 2 handful
Milk1 1/2 liter - 6 cups
Water5 tsp
Lime3 tsp
Honeyas desired
Gheefor frying


  • To make chenna you can use ordinary milk



Full Fat Milk1 1/2 liter - 6 cups
Lemon Juice3 tsp
Water5 tsp
  1. Add 6 cups of whole milk to the another pot. Bring it to a boil.
  2. Mix 3 tsp of lemon juice with 5 tsp of water.
  3. When the milk starts boiling, add the lemon juice mix
  4. Keep stirring until the milk curdles completely. (this can take around 5 minutes) If needed add more lemon juice. Switch off the stove.
  5. When the milk curdles completely, drain it up in a thin muslin cloth.
  6. Wrap up the paneer in the cloth, bringing together all the edges.
  7. Hang it up on a hook  for the whey to drain.
    Here you can start cutting fruits.
  8. When fruits are on a pan, take cheese into a bowl and crack it properly with a fork so it’s not sticking.
  9. Then when fruits are ready add chenna to the fruits and mix.


Pineapple1 slice - handful
Banana2 big - 3 handful
Apple2 middle- 2 handful
Cocoa Powder
3 tbsp
  1. Cut fruits into small pieces.
  2. Heat the ghee on a pan.
  3. First add pineapple and after 2 minutes add the rest.
  4. Stir them adding little bit of ghee on top.
  5. Fry them around 5 minutes then add cheese.
  6. Mix properly.
  7. If desired add cocoa powder it will be much more tasty.
  8. After around another 5 minutes when the cheese and fruits are well combined set the mix aside into a bowl.
  9. Add honey on top as desired for sweetness.
